*CARDIO BOOTCAMP
Come & Experience a FULL BODY BLAST workout in a fun &
energetic atmosphere! This 50 min. class will combine upper body, lower body, core & cardio work.  Each class is different and will keep your body guessing! 

*ZUMBA
A 50 min. latin style dance class (including salsa, merengue, cumbia & cha-cha) combined with hip hop & reggaeton, as well as international styles of dance like bellydancing, flamenco and Bollywood.

*YOGA
This class is influenced by the teaching of John Friend & the precise & brilliant methodology on Anusara Yoga. Each class is taught with a heart-centered theme woven throughout the practice and into the postures themselves.  At the core of every class is the intention of finding the good in all things...including (especially) ourselves.  Each class is committed to building and empowering each students self-esteem and sense of wonder, playfulness, creativity and joy (chit-ananda.)  Enjoy learning and deepening into the physical, emotional and spiritual self through sequences of asana (postures), pranayama (breath work), and some meditation.  Come with an open heart and an open mind to the threshold entering into a life-time journey of finding stability and freedom ( (Svatantrya).

*INTERVALS
30 mins. Cardio & Strength class. This is a modified bootcamp style class. It's a GREAT workout for all levels-quick & efficient!

*BUTTS & GUTS
In this 30 min. class we focus on glutes (the butt) and core (the guts) with plenty of squats, planks and old fashion mat work! 
(Please bring your own yoga mat for this class.)
 
Pricing : $40 pre-pay for class card.
 (Card allots - 5,  50 min. classes or 10, 30 min. classes)

Yoga Pricing: $15 drop-in rate.
Prepay $120 for 10 classes or $65 for 5 classes
