Emily Arger has a wonderful passion for all things fitness, wellness and nutrition related! She began teaching aerobics over 8 years ago in an effort to combat the 'Freshman 15.' Her love of teaching translated into personal training. The ability to help others change their habits and create new and healthy lifestyles couldn't make her happier. The desire to change has to be supported, and Emily is the perfect support team and cheerleader that will help you reach your goals, whatever they may be!

Once a year, Emily competes in a Fitness competition, showcasing strength, flexibility & dance. Although challenging, she loves it as a hobby!  Emily is a certified personal trainer & group fitness instructor . In addition, she is a Washington State Licensed massage therapist.

Kim Buck Schneider is registered with the Yoga Alliance. She has completed 1000’s of hours of Anusara yoga training and credits with great gratitude John Friend, Karen Sprute-Francovich, Noah Maze’, Christina Sell, Ross Rayburn, Elizabeth Rainey, Elena Brower, Tara Judelle and Desiree Rumbaugh as her inspiring teachers.  She has spent the last 15 years deepening into her own personal practice...her favorite pose is upside down (handstand) and she loves to encourage all students to move to their own edge in practice and find a place they’ve never been before (without pain.)  When not teaching yoga, she can be found singing the Blues with her new guitar, sweating it out on a long run or boisterously sparring with her four kids.

 Becki Curfman is a junior at Washington State University in Spokane and is studying nutrition and exercise physiology. She is thrilled and blessed to have the opportunity to help people achieve their health goals and have fun doing it! She currently teaches Zumba group fitness classes and is studying to become a certified exercise specialist and registered dietician. Her ultimate goal would be to own a personal training and nutrition consultation business. She loves to learn about fun ways to get a great workout and push herself and her clients to try things they have never done before. Recently, she (a self-declared non-runner) completed a half marathon, forming her belief that people can meet any fitness goal they choose, if they are willing to work hard for it. She is adamant that fitness should be fun and health should be essential, not unreachable!
